V\u0161e d\u00e1me do m\u00edsy, osol\u00edme, opep\u0159\u00edme a zak\u00e1pneme l\u017e\u00edc\u00ed \u0159epkov\u00e9ho oleje. Sm\u011bs d\u016fkladn\u011b prom\u00edch\u00e1me a vyklop\u00edme na plech. D\u00e1me p\u00e9ct do p\u0159edeh\u0159\u00e1t\u00e9 trouby na 180 \u00b0C na cca 30 minut. Z filetu kapra vytah\u00e1me pinzetou velk\u00e9 kosti. Pak maso opatrn\u011b na\u0159\u00edzneme v\u017edy po 2-3 mm tak, abychom naru\u0161ili drobn\u00e9 k\u016fstky, ale nepro\u0159\u00edzli k\u016f\u017ei. Drobn\u00e9 kousky k\u016fstek pak p\u0159i konzumaci ani nezaznamen\u00e1me. Takto p\u0159ipraven\u00fd filet rozd\u011bl\u00edme na 4 porce, osol\u00edme a okm\u00ednujeme. Cibuli nakr\u00e1j\u00edme op\u011bt na m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dky. Kapra m\u00edrn\u011b obal\u00edme v hladk\u00e9 mouce a d\u00e1me na p\u00e1nev do rozp\u00e1len\u00e9ho \u0159epkov\u00e9ho oleje (5 l\u017eic). Porce d\u00e1v\u00e1me na p\u00e1nev nejprve k\u016f\u017e\u00ed nahoru, aby se maso nekroutilo. Nech\u00e1me prop\u00e9ct a oto\u010d\u00edme. Hotov\u00e9 kousky ryb d\u00e1me stranou, slijeme p\u0159ebyte\u010dn\u00fd olej a na tu samou p\u00e1nev d\u00e1me nakr\u00e1jenou cibuli a slaninu nakr\u00e1jenou na prou\u017eky. Restujeme asi 3 minuty. Pot\u00e9 p\u0159id\u00e1me bylinky a med. Kr\u00e1tce orestujeme a zalijeme \u010derven\u00fdm v\u00ednem. Za st\u00e1l\u00e9ho m\u00edch\u00e1n\u00ed nech\u00e1me prova\u0159it, dokud om\u00e1\u010dka m\u00edrn\u011b nezhoustne. Dochut\u00edme sol\u00ed a medem. Vr\u00e1t\u00edme na p\u00e1nev kapra a v\u0161e spole\u010dn\u011b proh\u0159ejeme. Oloupeme, nakr\u00e1j\u00edme na pl\u00e1tky. Zah\u0159ejeme v\u00fdvar a polovinu octa. \u010cesnek oloupeme, vylisujeme a p\u0159id\u00e1me do v\u00fdvaru, osol\u00edme a opep\u0159\u00edme. Zalijeme brambory a nech\u00e1me namo\u010den\u00e9 asi 30 minut.\n\nRaj\u010data omyjeme, rozp\u016fl\u00edme. Rukolu omyjeme, p\u0159ebereme, osu\u0161\u00edme a trochu natrh\u00e1me. Oboje p\u0159id\u00e1me k brambor\u00e1m. K tomu p\u0159im\u00edch\u00e1me zb\u00fdvaj\u00edc\u00ed ocet, s\u016fl, pep\u0159 a za studena lisovan\u00fd \u0159epkov\u00fd olej. Dochut\u00edme.
