Pomeleme m\u00e1k. Toastov\u00fd chl\u00e9b zbav\u00edme k\u016frky a na jemno nameleme v kuchy\u0148sk\u00e9m robotu. Sm\u00edch\u00e1me 200 g odkapan\u00e9ho tvarohu s m\u00e1kem, 100 g toastov\u00e9 strouhanky, 50 g m\u00e1sla a \u017eloutky a dochut\u00edme sol\u00ed. Tvarohovou hmotu d\u00e1me nejm\u00e9n\u011b na 1 hodinu do ledni\u010dky. Pozd\u011bji z hmoty vytvo\u0159\u00edme 8 mal\u00fdch knedl\u00ed\u010dk\u016f a pono\u0159\u00edme je do vrouc\u00ed osolen\u00e9 vody. Knedl\u00ed\u010dky na m\u00edrn\u00e9m ohni nech\u00e1me 10 minut pova\u0159it, pot\u00e9 vyjmeme a nech\u00e1me okapat. T\u011bsn\u011b p\u0159ed pod\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00edm opra\u017e\u00edme zb\u00fdvaj\u00edc\u00ed toastovou strouhanku na zbyl\u00e9m m\u00e1sle do zlatova a pod\u00e1v\u00e1me s houskov\u00fdm knedl\u00edkem.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Maso:<\/strong>\u00a0Horkovzdu\u0161nou troubu p\u0159edeh\u0159ejeme na 80 \u00b0C. An\u00fdz s pep\u0159em roztlu\u010deme v hmo\u017ed\u00ed\u0159i. Maso osma\u017e\u00edme na p\u00e1nvi s \u0159epkov\u00fdm olejem, osol\u00edme a tak\u00e9 opep\u0159\u00edme. Nakonec vyjmeme z p\u00e1nve a 2 hodiny pe\u010deme v troub\u011b do r\u016f\u017eova.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pesto:<\/strong>\u00a0L\u00edskov\u00e9 o\u0159\u00ed\u0161ky nasek\u00e1me a opra\u017e\u00edme na p\u00e1nvi bez tuku, nech\u00e1me vychladnout. \u010cesnek oloupeme a na drobno nakr\u00e1j\u00edme. Umyjeme kerbl\u00edk, oklepeme a listy ze stonk\u016f otrh\u00e1me. Pak jemn\u011b nakr\u00e1j\u00edme a kr\u00e1tce (!) rozmixujeme spolu s 40 g l\u00edskov\u00fdch o\u0159\u00ed\u0161k\u016f, \u010desnekem a rovn\u011b\u017e i \u0159epkov\u00fdm olejem, potom dochut\u00edme sol\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u010cekanka:<\/strong>\u00a0\u010cerven\u00e9 pomeran\u010de oloupeme ostr\u00fdm no\u017eem, pak odd\u011bl\u00edme jednotliv\u00e9 m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dky a odlo\u017e\u00edme stranou. Plody vyma\u010dk\u00e1me a \u0161\u0165\u00e1vu zachyt\u00edme. \u010cekanku zbav\u00edme vn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch list\u016f i ko\u0161\u0165\u00e1lu a rozd\u011bl\u00edme na jednotliv\u00e9 listy. Ty potom nech\u00e1me le\u017eet 10 minut ve vla\u017en\u00e9 vod\u011b. Litr vody s 20 g soli a octem zava\u0159\u00edme a listy po dobu 30 sekund spa\u0159\u00edme. Pak vyjmeme, prudce ochlad\u00edme pod studenou vodou a osu\u0161\u00edme mezi n\u011bkolika vrstvami pap\u00edrov\u00fdch kuchy\u0148sk\u00fdch ut\u011brek. P\u0159ed pod\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00edm osmahneme m\u00e1slo ve velk\u00e9 p\u00e1nvi, p\u0159id\u00e1me listy \u010dekanky s javorov\u00fdm sirupem i pomeran\u010dovou \u0161\u0165\u00e1vou. P\u0159ikryt\u00e9 nech\u00e1me 1 minutu podusit, hned potom dochut\u00edme sol\u00ed a pep\u0159em. Zalijeme brambory a nech\u00e1me namo\u010den\u00e9 asi 30 minut.\n\nRaj\u010data omyjeme, rozp\u016fl\u00edme. Rukolu omyjeme, p\u0159ebereme, osu\u0161\u00edme a trochu natrh\u00e1me. Oboje p\u0159id\u00e1me k brambor\u00e1m. K tomu p\u0159im\u00edch\u00e1me zb\u00fdvaj\u00edc\u00ed ocet, s\u016fl, pep\u0159 a za studena lisovan\u00fd \u0159epkov\u00fd olej. Dochut\u00edme.
