Mezit\u00edm si nakr\u00e1j\u00edme ko\u0159enovou zeleninu, cibuli a \u0159ap\u00edkat\u00fdceler na kousky. V hrnci, kter\u00fd se d\u00e1 pou\u017e\u00edt i v troub\u011b, rozeh\u0159ejemedostate\u010dn\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed \u0159epkov\u00e9ho oleje a kol\u00ednka ope\u010deme ze v\u0161ech strandozlatova. Ope\u010den\u00e1 kol\u00ednka d\u00e1me stranou a slijeme v\u0161echen tuk. P\u0159id\u00e1me3 l\u017e\u00edce nov\u00e9ho oleje a na n\u011bm orestujeme nakr\u00e1jenou zeleninu dohn\u011bda(1 cibuli si nech\u00e1me do \u0161pen\u00e1tu). Pot\u00e9 p\u0159id\u00e1me 1 strou\u017eek nasekan\u00e9ho \u010desneku,sn\u00edtku tymi\u00e1nu a rozmar\u00fdnu a kr\u00e1tce orestujeme. P\u0159id\u00e1me kr\u00e1jen\u00e1 raj\u010data a zali-jeme p\u016flkou \u010derven\u00e9ho v\u00edna. Za st\u00e1l\u00e9ho m\u00edch\u00e1n\u00ed nech\u00e1me v\u0161echno v\u00edno odpa\u0159it a p\u0159ili-jeme druhou p\u016flku v\u00edna. Op\u011bt nech\u00e1me odpa\u0159it. Potom vr\u00e1t\u00edme do hrnce kol\u00ednka, v\u0161e zalijemehov\u011bz\u00edm v\u00fdvarem, p\u0159iklop\u00edme pokli\u010dkou a v troub\u011b dus\u00edme p\u0159i 130 \u00b0C dom\u011bkka (cca 5 hodin). Mezit\u00edmd\u016fkladn\u011b opereme \u0161pen\u00e1tov\u00e9 listy pod tekouc\u00ed vodou a nech\u00e1me okapat, cibuli nakr\u00e1j\u00edme nadrobno a 1 strou\u017eek \u010desneku nasek\u00e1me na kousky. Nakr\u00e1jenou cibulinech\u00e1me na jedn\u00e9 l\u017e\u00edci \u0159epkov\u00e9ho oleje zesklovat\u011bt, kr\u00e1tce orestujeme nasekan\u00fd \u010desnek, p\u0159id\u00e1me \u0161pen\u00e1tov\u00e9 listy, osol\u00edme a opep\u0159\u00edme. Restujeme, dokud \u0161pen\u00e1tnezm\u011bkne. Nakonec p\u0159id\u00e1me 3 l\u017e\u00edce smetany a zam\u00edch\u00e1me. Kol\u00ednka, udu\u0161en\u00e1 dom\u011bkka (maso mus\u00ed t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 odpad\u00e1vat od kosti), vyjmeme a uchov\u00e1me v teple. \u0160\u0165\u00e1vup\u0159eced\u00edme a zredukujeme asi o jednu \u010dtvrtinu. Nakonec ji zjemn\u00edme kouskem studen\u00e9ho m\u00e1sla. Oloupeme, nakr\u00e1j\u00edme na pl\u00e1tky. Zah\u0159ejeme v\u00fdvar a polovinu octa. \u010cesnek oloupeme, vylisujeme a p\u0159id\u00e1me do v\u00fdvaru, osol\u00edme a opep\u0159\u00edme. Zalijeme brambory a nech\u00e1me namo\u010den\u00e9 asi 30 minut.\n\nRaj\u010data omyjeme, rozp\u016fl\u00edme. Rukolu omyjeme, p\u0159ebereme, osu\u0161\u00edme a trochu natrh\u00e1me. Oboje p\u0159id\u00e1me k brambor\u00e1m. K tomu p\u0159im\u00edch\u00e1me zb\u00fdvaj\u00edc\u00ed ocet, s\u016fl, pep\u0159 a za studena lisovan\u00fd \u0159epkov\u00fd olej. Dochut\u00edme.
