V p\u00e1nvi rozeh\u0159ejeme l\u017e\u00edci \u0159epkov\u00e9ho&nbsp;oleje a orestujeme na n\u011bm cibulku. P\u0159id\u00e1me j\u00e1tra a restujeme&nbsp;cca 10 minut. Pak p\u0159id\u00e1me \u010desnek a zalijeme&nbsp;portsk\u00fdm v\u00ednem. Restujeme je\u0161t\u011b asi 3 minuty. Osol\u00edme&nbsp;opep\u0159\u00edme a d\u00e1me stranou vychladnout. Kdy\u017e je sm\u011bs studen\u00e1,&nbsp;p\u0159end\u00e1me ji do mix\u00e9ru a p\u0159id\u00e1me zm\u011bkl\u00e9 m\u00e1slo. Mixujeme kr\u00e1tk\u00fdmi&nbsp;pulsy a postupn\u011b p\u0159id\u00e1v\u00e1me smetanu. Db\u00e1me p\u0159itom, aby sm\u011bs nebyla&nbsp;p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 \u0159\u00eddk\u00e1. Kdy\u017e je v\u0161e rozmixov\u00e1no do hladka, tak p\u0159id\u00e1me je\u0161t\u011b vla\u0161sk\u00e9 o\u0159echy&nbsp;a su\u0161en\u00e9 brusinky. Oboje p\u0159id\u00e1me k brambor\u00e1m. K tomu p\u0159im\u00edch\u00e1me zb\u00fdvaj\u00edc\u00ed ocet, s\u016fl, pep\u0159 a za studena lisovan\u00fd \u0159epkov\u00fd olej. Dochut\u00edme.
