Hru\u0161ky oloupeme, roz\u010dtvrt\u00edme, zbav\u00edme jader, pokapeme trochou citr\u00f3nov\u00e9 \u0161\u0165\u00e1vy a sm\u00edch\u00e1me s cukrem. Nech\u00e1me zava\u0159it rum a namo\u010d\u00edme v n\u011bm brusinky. O\u0159echy nasek\u00e1me na hrubo a opra\u017e\u00edme na p\u00e1nvi bez tuku, pak nech\u00e1me vychladnout. Polovinu o\u0159ech\u016f rozemeleme s cukr\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fdmi pi\u0161koty i sko\u0159ic\u00ed. Sm\u00edch\u00e1me hru\u0161ky s brusinkami, sekan\u00fdmi o\u0159echy a sko\u0159icovou strouhankou.<\/p>\n<p><strong>T\u011bsto:<\/strong>\u00a0Horkovzdu\u0161nou troubu p\u0159edeh\u0159ejeme na 180 \u00b0C, (nebo na 190 \u00b0C pro horn\u00ed a spodn\u00ed oh\u0159ev) a plech vylo\u017e\u00edme pap\u00edrem na pe\u010den\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Rozpust\u00edme m\u00e1slo.<\/p>\n<p>Vanilkov\u00fd lusk rozp\u016fl\u00edme a d\u0159e\u0148 vy\u0161kr\u00e1beme. Tvaroh sm\u00edch\u00e1me s ml\u00e9kem, \u0159epkov\u00fdm olejem, cukrem, citr\u00f3novou k\u016frou, vanilkovou d\u0159en\u00ed a tak\u00e9 sol\u00ed. Prom\u00edch\u00e1me mouku s pr\u00e1\u0161kem do pe\u010diva, prosejeme a spolu s tvarohovou hmotou zpracujeme na jednolit\u00e9 t\u011bsto. T\u011bsto na pomou\u010den\u00e9 pracovn\u00ed plo\u0161e vyv\u00e1l\u00edme do obd\u00e9ln\u00edku o tlou\u0161\u0165ce 4 mm a pot\u0159eme vaje\u010dn\u00fdm b\u00edlkem.<\/p>\n<p>Marcip\u00e1nov\u00fd pl\u00e1t rovn\u011b\u017e vyv\u00e1l\u00edme do velikosti t\u011bsta, polo\u017e\u00edme na t\u011bsto a pot\u0159eme b\u00edlkem. Na to um\u00edst\u00edme p\u0159ipravenou n\u00e1pl\u0148, p\u0159itom nech\u00e1me voln\u00fd okraj a v\u0161e z del\u0161\u00ed strany spir\u00e1lovit\u011b srolujeme. Konce role pon\u011bkud pevn\u011bji p\u0159itla\u010d\u00edme. Z\u00e1vin polo\u017e\u00edme na plech, pot\u0159eme m\u00e1slem a pe\u010deme dohromady 40 minut v troub\u011b. Po polovin\u011b doby pe\u010den\u00ed sn\u00ed\u017e\u00edme teplotu na 160 \u00b0C.<\/p>\n<p>Nakonec vyjmeme, p\u0159ikryjeme \u010distou kuchy\u0148skou ut\u011brkou a nech\u00e1me vychladnout. Zalijeme brambory a nech\u00e1me namo\u010den\u00e9 asi 30 minut.\n\nRaj\u010data omyjeme, rozp\u016fl\u00edme. Rukolu omyjeme, p\u0159ebereme, osu\u0161\u00edme a trochu natrh\u00e1me. Oboje p\u0159id\u00e1me k brambor\u00e1m. K tomu p\u0159im\u00edch\u00e1me zb\u00fdvaj\u00edc\u00ed ocet, s\u016fl, pep\u0159 a za studena lisovan\u00fd \u0159epkov\u00fd olej. Dochut\u00edme.
