Pot\u00e9 p\u0159id\u00e1me nasekan\u00fd \u010desnek, bobkov\u00e9 listy, odran\u00fd rozmar\u00fdn a 8 kuli\u010dek jalovce. Chvilku restujeme a pak podlijeme 2 dl v\u00edna. Za st\u00e1l\u00e9ho m\u00edch\u00e1n\u00ed nech\u00e1me v\u00edno odpa\u0159it a podlijeme zbytkem v\u00edna. Op\u011bt nech\u00e1me v\u00edno odpa\u0159it a zalijeme hov\u011bz\u00edm v\u00fdvarem. P\u0159iklop\u00edme pokli\u010dkou a nech\u00e1me v troub\u011b dusit dom\u011bkka p\u0159i 160 \u00b0C (3-4 hodiny). Mezit\u00edm si p\u0159iprav\u00edme rag\u00fa. Z cibulek slijeme n\u00e1lev a nech\u00e1me okapat. V hrnci rozp\u00e1l\u00edme 4 l\u017e\u00edce \u0159epkov\u00e9ho oleje a cibulky orestujeme, p\u0159id\u00e1me t\u0159tinov\u00fd cukr. Cukr nech\u00e1me zkaramelizovat a p\u0159id\u00e1me oloupanou, vypeckovanou a na kosti\u010dky nakr\u00e1jenou m\u00e1slovou d\u00fdni. Zalijeme pivem, zam\u00edch\u00e1me a va\u0159\u00edme do polom\u011bkka. Na z\u00e1v\u011br zjemn\u00edme kouskem studen\u00e9ho m\u00e1sla, dochut\u00edme sol\u00ed, pep\u0159em a kapkou octa.
