Ch\u0159est v n\u00ed t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 uva\u0159\u00edme, v tomto v\u00fdvaru jej nech\u00e1me vychladnout a d\u00e1me odkapat. Lusky cukrov\u00e9ho hrachu o\u010dist\u00edme, \u0161ikmo rozp\u016fl\u00edme, spa\u0159\u00edme, prudce ochlad\u00edme, nech\u00e1me okapat. Oloupeme meloun, rozp\u016fl\u00edme, zbav\u00edme semen, nakr\u00e1j\u00edme na kostky. M\u00e1tu omyjeme, oklepeme a \u2013 a\u017e na n\u011bkter\u00e9 p\u011bkn\u00e9 vr\u0161ky na ozdobu \u2013 otrh\u00e1me l\u00edstky ze stonk\u016f. Na dresink prom\u00edch\u00e1me pomeran\u010dovou \u0161\u0165\u00e1vu a k\u016fru s ho\u0159\u010dic\u00ed, limetkovou \u0161\u0165\u00e1vou, javorov\u00fdm sirupem a soli. \u0158epkov\u00fd olej za\u0161leh\u00e1me nejprve po kapk\u00e1ch, pak tenk\u00fdm proudem. Sal\u00e1tov\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edsady prom\u00edch\u00e1me s dresinkem, ochut\u00edme limetkovou \u0161\u0165\u00e1vou a sol\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Brambory:<\/strong>\u00a0Pl\u00e1tky slaniny pod\u00e9ln\u011b rozp\u016fl\u00edme a kolem ka\u017ed\u00e9 loupan\u00e9 brambory trochu omot\u00e1me, sma\u017e\u00edme v \u0159epkov\u00e9m oleji, osol\u00edme a opep\u0159\u00edme.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Maso:<\/strong>\u00a0Maso osu\u0161\u00edme, osol\u00edme a opep\u0159\u00edme, pot\u0159eme trochou \u0159epkov\u00e9ho oleje, po obou stran\u00e1ch 3 a\u017e 4 minuty grilujeme do r\u016f\u017eova, zabal\u00edme do alobalu, nech\u00e1me kr\u00e1tce odle\u017eet.
