P\u0159id\u00e1me \u010do\u010dku a podus\u00edme. Podlijeme v\u00fdvarem a \u0161\u0165\u00e1vou, nech\u00e1me pova\u0159it a spolu s bobkov\u00fdm listem dova\u0159\u00edme asi 5 a\u017e 8 minut, pak vyjmeme bobkov\u00fd list.Makadamov\u00e9 o\u0159echy roztlu\u010deme a opra\u017e\u00edme na p\u00e1nvi bez tuku. Spolu s medem i octem d\u00e1me do \u010do\u010dky a sal\u00e1t dochut\u00edme za studena lisovan\u00fdm \u0159epkov\u00fdm olejem, sol\u00ed a pep\u0159em.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Maso:<\/strong>\u00a0Hus\u00ed prsa nakr\u00e1j\u00edme na tenk\u00e9 pl\u00e1tky a nachyst\u00e1me na \u010dty\u0159i tal\u00ed\u0159e<\/p>\n<p><strong>Houby:<\/strong>\u00a0Pa\u017eitku nakr\u00e1j\u00edme na jemno. Li\u0161ky jedl\u00e9 o\u010dist\u00edme, opl\u00e1chneme studenou vodou, pot\u00e9 d\u016fkladn\u011b vysu\u0161\u00edme. Zalijeme brambory a nech\u00e1me namo\u010den\u00e9 asi 30 minut.\n\nRaj\u010data omyjeme, rozp\u016fl\u00edme. Rukolu omyjeme, p\u0159ebereme, osu\u0161\u00edme a trochu natrh\u00e1me. Oboje p\u0159id\u00e1me k brambor\u00e1m. K tomu p\u0159im\u00edch\u00e1me zb\u00fdvaj\u00edc\u00ed ocet, s\u016fl, pep\u0159 a za studena lisovan\u00fd \u0159epkov\u00fd olej. Dochut\u00edme.
