Nakonec papriky zbav\u00edme slupky, nakr\u00e1j\u00edme na mal\u00e9 kousky. Lusky cukrov\u00e9ho hrachu o\u010dist\u00edme, rozp\u016fl\u00edme, kr\u00e1tce pova\u0159\u00edme ve vrouc\u00ed osolen\u00e9 vod\u011b, prudce ochlad\u00edme v ledov\u00e9 vod\u011b, nech\u00e1me okapat. Makadamov\u00e9 o\u0159echy roztlu\u010deme a opra\u017e\u00edme na p\u00e1nvi bez tuku. Cherry raj\u010data omyjeme, rozp\u016fl\u00edme. P\u00f3rek o\u010dist\u00edme a nakr\u00e1j\u00edme na drobno.\n\n<strong>Dresink:<\/strong>\u00a0Pomeran\u010d omyjeme v\u00a0hork\u00e9 vod\u011b, osu\u0161\u00edme, k\u016fru nastrouh\u00e1me na jemno, vyma\u010dk\u00e1me \u0161\u0165\u00e1vu. Oboje prom\u00edch\u00e1me s 2 l\u017e\u00edcemi citr\u00f3nov\u00e9 \u0161\u0165\u00e1vy a ho\u0159\u010dic\u00ed. Za studena lisovan\u00fd \u0159epkov\u00fd olej za\u0161leh\u00e1me nejprve po kapk\u00e1ch, pak p\u0159il\u00e9v\u00e1me tenk\u00fdm proudem. Dochut\u00edme zb\u00fdvaj\u00edc\u00ed citronovou \u0161\u0165\u00e1vu, sol\u00ed a pep\u0159em. Sal\u00e1t asi 1 hodinu p\u0159ed pod\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00edm marinujeme dresinkem..\n\n<strong>Maso:<\/strong>\u00a0Maso opl\u00e1chneme pod studenou vodou, pe\u010dliv\u011b osu\u0161\u00edme, pot\u0159eme \u0159epkov\u00fdm olejem a osol\u00edme.
