Tato doporu\u010den\u00ed jsou v\u017edy netrp\u011bliv\u011b o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1na nejen v USA, ale i na cel\u00e9m sv\u011bt\u011b, a to nejen z \u0159ad odborn\u00edk\u016f na v\u00fd\u017eivu, ale i laickou ve\u0159ejnost\u00ed. D\u016fvodem je velmi profesion\u00e1ln\u011b propracovan\u00fd proces vzniku tohoto dokumentu. S p\u0159edstihem je analyzov\u00e1n soubor v\u0161ech relevantn\u00edch dostupn\u00fdch poznatk\u016f z posledn\u00edch let vypl\u00fdvaj\u00edc\u00ed z publikovan\u00fdch v\u011bdeck\u00fdch studi\u00ed. N\u00e1sleduje podrobn\u00e1 expertn\u00ed zpr\u00e1va, kter\u00e1 je ve\u0159ejn\u011b dostupn\u00e1 a podroben\u00e1 odborn\u00e9 diskuzi. C\u00edlenou strategi\u00ed dosa\u017een\u00ed \u017e\u00e1douc\u00edho p\u0159\u00edjmu mastn\u00fdch kyselin je va\u0159en\u00ed s rostlinn\u00fdmi oleji m\u00edsto tuk\u016f s vysok\u00fdm obsahem nasycen\u00fdch masn\u00fdch kyselin, v\u010detn\u011b m\u00e1sla, pokrmov\u00fdch tuk\u016f, s\u00e1dla nebo kokosov\u00e9ho oleje. N\u011bkter\u00e9 pokrmy z kategori\u00ed mou\u010dn\u00edk\u016f, i kdy\u017e jsou p\u0159ipraveny za pou\u017eit\u00ed olej\u016f m\u00edsto tuk\u016f s vysok\u00fdm obsahem nasycen\u00fdch mastn\u00fdch kyselin, maj\u00ed vysok\u00fd obsah p\u0159idan\u00fdch cukr\u016f, a proto nepat\u0159\u00ed mezi preferovan\u00e9 potraviny s vysok\u00fdm pod\u00edlem \u017e\u00e1douc\u00edch \u017eivin.
