Okolo V\u00e1noc obvykle konzumujeme zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed olej\u016f, tak nen\u00ed divu, \u017ee se n\u011bkter\u00e9 \u010dl\u00e1nky sna\u017e\u00ed poradit, kter\u00e9 oleje jsou lep\u0161\u00ed, kter\u00e9 naopak ne. Jeden takov\u00fd \u010dl\u00e1nek byl publikov\u00e1n na webu&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.msn.com\/cs-cz\/zpravy\/other\/nejlep%C5%A1%C3%AD-oleje-na-va%C5%99en%C3%AD-a-kter%C3%BDm-se-vyhnout\/ss-AA1lIC7p?ocid=msedgdhp&amp;pc=ASTS&amp;cvid=78546939b1e24fccb5cbfa2a1706210b&amp;ei=90#image=24\">MSN<\/a>. \u010dl\u00e1nek se odkazuje na zahrani\u010dn\u00ed zdroje, p\u0159ev\u00e1\u017en\u011b z USA: Health Digest, Cleveland Clinic, Healthline, American Heart Association, Science Daily \u010di World Health Organization. U v\u0161ech zdroj\u016f chyb\u00ed konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed propojen\u00ed na \u010dl\u00e1nek, z&nbsp;n\u011bho\u017e se \u010derpalo, a p\u016fvodn\u00ed informaci tud\u00ed\u017e nelze dohledat ani okomentovat. \u010cten\u00e1\u0159 v\u00fd\u0161e zm\u00edn\u011bn\u00e9ho \u010dl\u00e1nku, pokud se chce dozv\u011bd\u011bt v\u00edce informac\u00ed o jednotliv\u00fdch olej\u00edch (olivov\u00fd, rostlinn\u00fd, kokosov\u00fd, hroznov\u00fd, avok\u00e1dov\u00fd, s\u00f3jov\u00fd, slune\u010dnicov\u00fd, bavln\u00edkov\u00fd, z vla\u0161sk\u00fdch o\u0159ech\u016f, \u0159epkov\u00fd, ln\u011bn\u00fd, palmov\u00fd, sezamov\u00fd a kuku\u0159i\u010dn\u00fd), mus\u00ed kliknout na obr\u00e1zek p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00e9ho oleje a n\u00e1sledn\u011b se objev\u00ed stru\u010dn\u00e1 odpov\u011b\u010f, zda se oleji vyhnout \u010di naopak olej preferovat a pro\u010d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pozor na informace z\u00a0jin\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed sv\u011bta<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Autorem \u010dl\u00e1nku je osoba, kter\u00e9 se problematice tuk\u016f zjevn\u011b bl\u00ed\u017ee nev\u011bnuje. U\u017e samotn\u00fd v\u00fdb\u011br olej\u016f neodpov\u00edd\u00e1 skladb\u011b na na\u0161em trhu a n\u011bkter\u00e9 informace nejsou p\u0159enositeln\u00e9 do na\u0161eho prost\u0159ed\u00ed. Podobn\u00e9 nesmysly se objevovaly v&nbsp;\u010dl\u00e1nc\u00edch p\u0159evzat\u00fdch z&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.olejnadzlato.cz\/?p=1209\">Indie<\/a>&nbsp;nebo z&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.olejnadzlato.cz\/?p=1243\">Ukrajiny<\/a>, kter\u00e9 jsme ji\u017e d\u0159\u00edve okomentovali na na\u0161em webu.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Zm\u011b\u0165 nesourod\u00fdch informac\u00ed<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bavln\u00edkov\u00fd na na\u0161em trhu nese\u017eenete. Kuku\u0159i\u010dn\u00fd olej, kter\u00fd je obl\u00edben\u00fd v&nbsp;USA, je u n\u00e1s okrajovou z\u00e1le\u017eitost\u00ed. Pokud jej u\u017e se\u017eenete, tak nen\u00ed vyroben z&nbsp;GMO kuku\u0159ice. Podobn\u011b zav\u00e1d\u011bj\u00edc\u00ed jsou i informace o s\u00f3jov\u00e9m oleji ve vztahu k hydrogenaci, kter\u00e1 je v&nbsp;dne\u0161n\u00ed dob\u011b minulost\u00ed i v&nbsp;USA. Je z\u0159ejm\u00e9, \u017ee \u010dl\u00e1nek \u010derp\u00e1 ze star\u00fdch zdroj\u016f. Bezejmenn\u00fd \u201erostlinn\u00fd olej\u201c v&nbsp;Evropsk\u00e9 unii neexistuje. V&nbsp;ozna\u010den\u00ed olej\u016f a tuk\u016f na na\u0161em trhu mus\u00ed b\u00fdt v\u017edy uveden botanick\u00fd p\u016fvod, a\u0165 se jedn\u00e1 o oleje jednodruhov\u00e9 nebo jejich sm\u011bsi. Kokosov\u00fd olej, kter\u00fd m\u00e1 po v\u00fd\u017eivov\u00e9 str\u00e1nce hor\u0161\u00ed slo\u017een\u00ed mastn\u00fdch kyselin ne\u017e olej palmov\u00fd, je z\u00e1hadn\u011b doporu\u010dov\u00e1n, zat\u00edmco palmov\u00fd nikoliv. Hroznov\u00fd olej m\u00e1lokdo bude konzumovat v&nbsp;nadbytku. Slune\u010dnicov\u00fd olej s&nbsp;vysok\u00fdm obsahem kyseliny olejov\u00e9 je p\u0159edstaven jako vhodn\u00fd na sma\u017een\u00ed. To je sice spr\u00e1vn\u011b, ale u\u017e chyb\u00ed informace, \u017ee se jedn\u00e1 o olej vyr\u00e1b\u011bn\u00fd ze speci\u00e1ln\u00edch odr\u016fd slune\u010dnice. B\u011b\u017en\u00fd slune\u010dnicov\u00fd olej se na sma\u017een\u00ed p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 nehod\u00ed.&nbsp;&nbsp;Olej z&nbsp;vla\u0161sk\u00fdch o\u0159ech\u016f a olej ln\u011bn\u00fd maj\u00ed ve slo\u017een\u00ed vysok\u00fd pod\u00edl omega 3 mastn\u00fdch kyselin, pat\u0159\u00ed proto mezi oleje doporu\u010dovan\u00e9. Mezi doporu\u010dovan\u00e9 oleje byl za\u0159azen i olej sezamov\u00fd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Nesmysln\u00e9 (ne)doporu\u010den\u00ed ohledn\u011b \u0159epkov\u00e9ho oleje<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00dadajn\u011b existuj\u00ed souvislosti mezi konzumac\u00ed \u0159epkov\u00e9ho oleje a vysokou hladinou cholesterolu, vysok\u00fdm krevn\u00edm tlakem a cukrovkou. To je v\u00a0rozporu s\u00a0obecn\u011b uzn\u00e1van\u00fdmi v\u011bdeck\u00fdmi poznatky o \u00fa\u010dinc\u00edch konzumace \u0159epkov\u00e9ho oleje na zdrav\u00ed. Z\u00e1jemc\u016fm o tuto problematiku m\u016f\u017eeme doporu\u010dit na na\u0161em webu okomentovanou\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.olejnadzlato.cz\/?p=1203\">metaanal\u00fdzu<\/a> z\u00a0posledn\u00ed doby, kter\u00e1 se vlivy konzumace \u0159epkov\u00e9ho oleje zab\u00fdvala. Naprost\u00fdm nesmyslem je tvrzen\u00ed, \u017ee \u0159epkov\u00fd olej m\u016f\u017ee obsahovat transmastn\u00e9 kyseliny, kter\u00e9 se p\u0159id\u00e1vaj\u00ed v r\u00e1mci deodorizace p\u0159i rafinaci. Autor zjevn\u011b nerozum\u00ed tomu, o \u010dem p\u00ed\u0161e. Transmastn\u00e9 kyseliny se do oleje nep\u0159id\u00e1vaj\u00ed, ale mohou v\u00a0n\u011bm vznikat. Nicm\u00e9n\u011b vznikl\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed za sou\u010dasn\u00fdch b\u011b\u017en\u011b pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00fdch podm\u00ednek rafinace je nutri\u010dn\u011b nev\u00fdznamn\u00e9. Olej obsahuje do 2 % transmastn\u00fdch kyselin, co\u017e je legislativn\u00ed limit Evropsk\u00e9 unie a je to i m\u00e9n\u011b, ne\u017e je obsah transmastn\u00fdch kyselin v\u00a0ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00e9m tuku, kter\u00fd je pova\u017eov\u00e1n za bezpe\u010dn\u00fd p\u0159i b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 konzumaci.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Kde naj\u00edt spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 informace o olej\u00edch?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na webech se m\u016f\u017eeme setkat se spoustou nespr\u00e1vn\u00fdch informac\u00ed.&nbsp;&nbsp;Z\u00e1jemc\u016fm m\u016f\u017eeme doporu\u010dit ke studiu&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.olejnadzlato.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/vyznejme-se-v-tucich-web-5.pdf\">bro\u017euru o olej\u00edch a tuc\u00edch<\/a>, kter\u00e1 je k&nbsp;dispozici na na\u0161em webu.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Je doba p\u0159edv\u00e1no\u010dn\u00ed a na webech se \u010dast\u011bji objevuj\u00ed \u010dl\u00e1nky, kter\u00e9 potraviny p\u0159ednostn\u011b konzumovat a kter\u00fdm se naopak vyh\u00fdbat.
