Nicm\u00e9n\u011b to neznamen\u00e1, \u017ee by v\u00fd\u017eivov\u00e1 hodnota oleje ne\u0161la je\u0161t\u011b n\u011bjak\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem vylep\u0161it.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Metabolismus kyseliny \u03b1-linolenov\u00e9<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V \u0159epkov\u00e9m oleji je ze skupiny omega 3 mastn\u00fdch kyselin zastoupena kyselina \u03b1-linolenov\u00e1. Ty hraj\u00ed d\u016fle\u017eitou roli v \u0159ad\u011b proces\u016f v organismu a pod\u00edlej\u00ed se na spr\u00e1vn\u00e9m fungov\u00e1n\u00ed ka\u017ed\u00e9 bu\u0148ky vzhledem k&nbsp;tomu, \u017ee jsou sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed bun\u011b\u010dn\u00fdch membr\u00e1n. Jak mimo jin\u00e9 vypl\u00fdv\u00e1 ze&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.olejnadzlato.cz\/?p=1216\">schv\u00e1len\u00fdch zdravotn\u00edch tvrzen\u00ed<\/a>, jsou d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 pro spr\u00e1vnou funkci mozku a zraku, p\u0159isp\u00edvaj\u00ed k&nbsp;norm\u00e1ln\u00ed \u010dinnosti srdce a udr\u017een\u00ed norm\u00e1ln\u00edho tlaku. V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b vzniku kyseliny dokosahexaenov\u00e9 prob\u00edh\u00e1<a href=\"https:\/\/www.medicinapropraxi.cz\/pdfs\/med\/2013\/02\/07.pdf\">jen v \u0159\u00e1du n\u011bkolika procent<\/a>. Proto jsou EPA a DHA n\u011bkdy ozna\u010dov\u00e1ny jako pseudoesenci\u00e1ln\u00ed. Organismus si je sice um\u00ed vytvo\u0159it, ale ne ve zcela posta\u010duj\u00edc\u00edm mno\u017estv\u00ed. Proto je t\u0159eba jejich p\u0159\u00edjem do organismu dopl\u0148ovat prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm stravy. To je i d\u016fvodem v\u00fd\u017eivov\u00fdch doporu\u010den\u00ed na b\u00e1zi potravin, kdy se rad\u00ed za\u0159azovat do j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dku pravidelnou konzumaci ryb nejm\u00e9n\u011b dvakr\u00e1t t\u00fddn\u011b, z toho alespo\u0148 jedna z ryb by m\u011bla b\u00fdt tu\u010dn\u00e1. Probl\u00e9m z&nbsp;tohoto pohledu maj\u00ed vegani, kte\u0159\u00ed nekonzumuj\u00ed ryby ani jin\u00e9 \u017eivo\u010di\u0161n\u00e9 produkty.
