N\u011bkdy se jako zdroj kyseliny \u03b1-linolenov\u00e9 prezentuj\u00ed i o\u0159echy, jsou to v\u0161ak v podstat\u011b jen&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.practicus.eu\/file\/0cc1fc108fdfd67d22bffc05965c1583\/31\/Practicus-01-2018.pdf\">o\u0159echy vla\u0161sk\u00e9<\/a>. V\u00fdzkum vlivu konzumace omega 3 mastn\u00fdch kyselin se v minulosti soust\u0159edil hlavn\u011b na kyselinu eikosapentaenovou (EPA) a dokosahexaenovou (DHA), kter\u00e9 se vyskytuj\u00ed p\u0159ev\u00e1\u017en\u011b v ryb\u00e1ch.
