Ne v\u017edy je toto tvrzen\u00ed zalo\u017eeno na v\u011bdeck\u00fdch d\u016fkazech. V tisku z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed na odborn\u00fdch znalostech autor\u016f \u010dl\u00e1nk\u016f a jejich odpov\u011bdnosti. Auto\u0159i \u010dasto opisuj\u00ed jeden od druh\u00e9ho a \u010dasto se \u0161\u00ed\u0159\u00ed r\u016fzn\u00e9 m\u00fdty o potravin\u00e1ch, co je \u010di nen\u00ed zdrav\u00e9. Podle \u010dl\u00e1nku 10 odst. 3 na\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed (ES) \u010d. 1924\/2006 mus\u00ed b\u00fdt nespecifick\u00e9 zdravotn\u00ed tvrzen\u00ed dopln\u011bno schv\u00e1len\u00fdm zdravotn\u00edm tvrzen\u00edm.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>USA nov\u011b specifikuj\u00ed podm\u00ednky pro ozna\u010den\u00ed \u201ezdrav\u00fdch\u201c potravin\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Snahy o regulaci tvrzen\u00ed, \u017ee potravina je \u201ezdrav\u00e1\u201c, prob\u00edhaj\u00ed i v USA.&nbsp;<strong>Americk\u00fd \u00fa\u0159ad pro kontrolu potravin a l\u00e9\u010div FDA (Food and Drug Administration) vydal dne 29. z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed 2022 v tomto sm\u011bru&nbsp;<\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.federalregister.gov\/public-inspection\/2022-20975\/food-labeling-nutrient-content-claims-definition-of-term-healthy\"><strong>p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00e9 pokyny<\/strong><\/a><strong>, kter\u00e9 jsou nyn\u00ed otev\u0159eny po dobu 3 m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f ve\u0159ejn\u00e9 diskusi a p\u0159ipom\u00ednk\u00e1m.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Vych\u00e1z\u00ed se z v\u00fd\u017eivov\u00fdch doporu\u010den\u00ed<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Na rozd\u00edl od evropsk\u00fdch pravidel \u2013 nutnosti uv\u00e1d\u011bt schv\u00e1len\u00e1 specifick\u00e1 zdravotn\u00ed tvrzen\u00ed, americk\u00fd n\u00e1vrh vych\u00e1z\u00ed z&nbsp;<\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dietaryguidelines.gov\/\"><strong>v\u00fd\u017eivov\u00fdch doporu\u010den\u00ed pro obyvatele USA<\/strong><\/a><strong>. Podle v\u00fd\u0161e uveden\u00fdch pokyn\u016f mus\u00ed m\u00edt potravina s&nbsp;ozna\u010den\u00edm \u201ezdrav\u00e1\u201c ur\u010dit\u00fd obsah ovoce, zeleniny, obilovin, ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00fdch v\u00fdrobk\u016f dle v\u00fd\u017eivov\u00fdch doporu\u010den\u00ed a p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b spl\u0148ovat limity pro tolerovan\u00fd denn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edjem p\u0159idan\u00fdch cukr\u016f, sod\u00edku a nasycen\u00fdch mastn\u00fdch kyselin. Tvrzen\u00ed \u201ezdrav\u00e1 potravina\u201c m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt automaticky uvedeno u \u010derstv\u00e9ho ovoce a zeleniny. Za dal\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdrobky definovan\u00e9 ze sv\u00e9 podstaty jako \u201ezdrav\u00e9\u201c se pova\u017euj\u00ed \u010dist\u011b ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00e9 v\u00fdrobky se sn\u00ed\u017een\u00fdm obsahem tuku, vejce, semena a o\u0159echy.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Jak\u00e9 tuky se pova\u017euj\u00ed za \u201ezdrav\u00e9\u201c a mohou b\u00fdt takto ozna\u010deny?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>V\u00fd\u017eivov\u00e1 doporu\u010den\u00ed pro obyvatele USA 2020-2025 doporu\u010duj\u00ed pou\u017e\u00edvat v dom\u00e1cnostech rostlinn\u00e9 oleje nam\u00edsto tuk\u016f s vysok\u00fdm obsahem nasycen\u00fdch mastn\u00fdch kyselin (jako je m\u00e1slo, ztu\u017een\u00fd tuk, s\u00e1dlo a kokosov\u00fd olej) jako c\u00edlovou strategii pro zm\u011bnu p\u0159\u00edjmu mastn\u00fdch kyselin.<br>Pokyny FDA navrhuj\u00ed ozna\u010den\u00ed \u201ezdrav\u00e9\u201c pou\u017e\u00edvat pro 3 skupiny potravin s vysok\u00fdm pod\u00edlem tuku.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>\u201eZdrav\u00e9\u201c 100% oleje<\/strong><br><strong>Takto ozna\u010dovat bude mo\u017eno oleje, kter\u00e9 maj\u00ed ve slo\u017een\u00ed m\u00e9n\u011b ne\u017e 20 % nasycen\u00fdch mastn\u00fdch kyselin a neobsahuj\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dnou s\u016fl ani p\u0159idan\u00fd cukr. Tyto po\u017eadavky jsou splniteln\u00e9. S\u016fl a cukr se do olej\u016f nep\u0159id\u00e1vaj\u00ed a obsah nasycen\u00fdch masn\u00fdch kyselin pod 20 % je u v\u011bt\u0161iny b\u011b\u017en\u011b pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00fdch olej\u016f p\u0159irozenou vlastnost\u00ed.<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>\u201eZdrav\u00e9\u201c rozt\u00edrateln\u00e9 tuky<\/strong><br><strong>N\u00e1vrh po\u010d\u00edt\u00e1 s mo\u017enost\u00ed takto ozna\u010dit v\u00fdrobky, kter\u00e9 maj\u00ed m\u00e9n\u011b ne\u017e 20 % nasycen\u00fdch mastn\u00fdch kyselin z celkov\u00e9ho obsahu tuku, maj\u00ed ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed obsah soli ne\u017e 0,2875 g\/100 g a neobsahuj\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd p\u0159idan\u00fd cukr. Limitn\u00ed obsah nasycen\u00fdch mastn\u00fdch kyselin je pro v\u00fdrobce v\u00fdzvou, ne v\u0161ak nesplnitelnou. V\u011bt\u0161ina v\u00fdrobk\u016f na trhu m\u00e1 obsah nasycen\u00fdch mastn\u00fdch kyselin vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed. Oleje pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00e9 jako surovina pro v\u00fdrobu dresing\u016f po\u017eadavek na nasycen\u00e9 mastn\u00e9 kyseliny spl\u0148uj\u00ed. Obsah soli a p\u0159idan\u00fdch cukr\u016f ovliv\u0148uje chu\u0165 v\u00fdrobku. Z hlediska technologick\u00e9ho nen\u00ed probl\u00e9m po\u017eadavk\u016fm vyhov\u011bt, pokud by cht\u011bl v\u00fdrobce marketingov\u011b vyu\u017e\u00edvat tvrzen\u00ed, \u017ee dresing je \u201ezdrav\u00fd\u201c.<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Americk\u00fd n\u00e1vrh je v\u00edce srozumiteln\u00fd<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>N\u00e1vrh, kter\u00fd vypracoval americk\u00fd \u00da\u0159ad pro kontrolu potravin a l\u00e9\u010div, je p\u0159ehledn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a pro spot\u0159ebitele i lep\u0161\u00ed k pochopen\u00ed ne\u017e sou\u010dasn\u00e1 evropsk\u00e1 regulace.
