Rostlinn\u00e9 b\u00edlkoviny nach\u00e1zej\u00ed \u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00ed pr\u016fmyslov\u00e9 uplatn\u011bn\u00ed v produktech imituj\u00edc\u00edch klasick\u00e9 \u017eivo\u010di\u0161n\u00e9 produkty (ml\u00e9ko, jogurty, s\u00fdry, maso a masn\u00e9 v\u00fdrobky). Jednou ze surovin, kter\u00e1 p\u0159edstavuje zaj\u00edmav\u00fd potenci\u00e1l pro lidskou v\u00fd\u017eivu, je p\u0159ekvapiv\u011b \u0159epka. \u0158epka olejka je jednou ze zem\u011bd\u011blsk\u00fdch komodit, kter\u00e1 je ve velk\u00e9m p\u011bstov\u00e1na v \u010cesk\u00e9 republice. Hlavn\u00edm produktem z\u00edsk\u00e1van\u00fdm ze semen je olej. \u0160roty jsou vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1ny ke krmn\u00fdm \u00fa\u010del\u016fm. Ukazuje se, \u017ee by se tento vedlej\u0161\u00ed produkt mohl vyu\u017e\u00edt i l\u00e9pe.\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.olejnadzlato.cz\/?p=804\">\u010cl\u00e1nek na na\u0161em webu<\/a> upozornil na skute\u010dnost, \u017ee \u0159epkov\u00e9 b\u00edlkoviny maj\u00ed v\u00fdborn\u00e9 slo\u017een\u00ed aminokyselin, dokonce jedno z nejlep\u0161\u00edch mezi rostlinn\u00fdmi zdroji. Proteiny \u0159epky je t\u0159eba zkoncentrovat a zbavit n\u011bkter\u00fdch antinutri\u010dn\u00edch a senzoricky ne\u017e\u00e1douc\u00edch l\u00e1tek.\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.olejnadzlato.cz\/?p=941\">Tyto postupy jsou ji\u017e realitou v praxi<\/a>, nejedn\u00e1 se tedy jen o teoretick\u00e9 my\u0161lenky. V sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b se ji\u017e na trhu nab\u00edzej\u00ed proteinov\u00e9 izol\u00e1ty z \u0159epky.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nen\u00ed divu, \u017ee se izol\u00e1ty \u0159epkov\u00fdch b\u00edlkovin st\u00e1vaj\u00ed i p\u0159edm\u011btem z\u00e1jmu klinick\u00fdch studi\u00ed, v nich\u017e se testuj\u00ed zdravotn\u00ed aspekty jejich konzumace. V\u00fdsledky jedn\u00e9 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pmc\/articles\/PMC7469072\/\">studie publikoval v roce 2020 i \u010dasopis Nutrients<\/a>. Na 20 \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edc\u00edch byla testov\u00e1na konzumace \u0159epkov\u00fdch b\u00edlkovin. Studie byla randomizovan\u00e1 v p\u0159ek\u0159\u00ed\u017een\u00e9m uspo\u0159\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed. V\u0161ichni \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edci dost\u00e1vali testovac\u00ed stravu bez p\u0159\u00eddavku dal\u0161\u00edch b\u00edlkovin nebo s 28 g \u0159epkov\u00e9ho proteinov\u00e9ho izol\u00e1tu nebo s\u00f3jov\u00e9ho proteinov\u00e9ho izol\u00e1tu (kontrola). Po j\u00eddle byla \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk\u016fm odeb\u00edr\u00e1na krev po dobu \u0161esti hodin. Metabolismus \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk\u016f studie byl po p\u0159\u00edjmu \u0159epkov\u00e9ho proteinu srovnateln\u00fd s metabolismem po p\u0159\u00edjmu s\u00f3jov\u00e9ho proteinu. Nicm\u00e9n\u011b postprandi\u00e1ln\u00ed inzulinov\u00e1 odpov\u011b\u010f byla ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed po konzumaci \u0159epkov\u00e9ho izol\u00e1tu ne\u017e po p\u0159\u00edjmu s\u00f3jov\u00e9 b\u00edlkoviny.
