Plat\u00ed pravidla obvykl\u00e1 pro potravinov\u00e9 pyramidy: potraviny v doln\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti st\u011bny jehlanu jsou pova\u017eov\u00e1ny za p\u0159ednostn\u011b doporu\u010dovan\u00e9, potraviny v horn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti bychom m\u011bli sp\u00ed\u0161e omezovat.
