Podle WHO a FAO z\u00a0roku <span>2003\u00a0<\/span>by se m\u011bl p\u0159\u00edjem tuku pohybovat v\u00a0rozmez\u00ed <span>15-30 % z\u00a0celkov\u00e9ho p\u0159\u00edjmu energie<\/span>. FAO a WHO posunuly v roce<span>2010<\/span>cel\u00fd interval o 5 procentn\u00edch bod\u016f sm\u011brem k vy\u0161\u0161\u00edm hodnot\u00e1m \u2013 20-35 % z\u00a0celkov\u00e9ho p\u0159\u00edjmu energie.
