Potraviny s obsahem transmastn\u00fdch kyselin vy\u0161\u0161\u00edm bude mo\u017eno uv\u00e1d\u011bt na trh pouze do 1. dubna 2021. Transmastn\u00e9 kyseliny budeme v budoucnu konzumovat p\u0159ev\u00e1\u017en\u011b z ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00e9ho tuku, kde je obsah obvykle do 3 %, co\u017e p\u0159i jeho um\u00edrn\u011bn\u00e9 konzumaci nep\u0159edstavuje probl\u00e9m. Vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed p\u0159\u00edjem transmastn\u00fdch kyselin v r\u00e1mci populace lze proto pova\u017eovat za vy\u0159e\u0161en\u00fd a nen\u00ed t\u0159eba se j\u00edm do budoucnosti zab\u00fdvat.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00a0typick\u00e9 \u010desk\u00e9 strav\u011b m\u00e1me d\u00e1le nedostatek omega 3 mastn\u00fdch kyselin. P\u0159\u00edjem omega 6 se pohybuje v\u00a0horn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti intervalu doporu\u010den\u00fdch hodnot.
