Sou\u010dasn\u00e1 doporu\u010den\u00ed WHO\/FAO nevid\u00ed d\u016fvod ur\u010dovat tento pom\u011br jako \u00fa\u010deln\u00e9. Konzumace omega 3 a omega 6 mastn\u00fdch kyselin by se m\u011bla pohybovat individu\u00e1ln\u011b ve v\u00fd\u0161e zm\u00edn\u011bn\u00fdch intervalech. V\u016fbec zav\u00e1d\u011bj\u00edc\u00ed je sledovat pom\u011bry na \u00farovni jednotliv\u00fdch tuk\u016f, co\u017e nic nevypov\u00edd\u00e1 o celkov\u00e9m slo\u017een\u00ed stravy.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Jak doporu\u010den\u00ed zjednodu\u0161it pro b\u011b\u017en\u00e9ho spot\u0159ebitele?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Uv\u00e1d\u011bt doporu\u010den\u00ed v procentech z energetick\u00e9ho p\u0159\u00edjmu a nav\u00edc je\u0161t\u011b v \u0161irok\u00e9m intervalu hodnot je t\u011b\u017eko pochopiteln\u00e9 pro b\u011b\u017en\u00e9ho ob\u010dana. Pro nenasycen\u00e9 mastn\u00e9 kyseliny nejsou hodnoty ur\u010deny jako v\u00a0p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b vitamin\u016f a miner\u00e1ln\u00edch l\u00e1tek, ale m\u016f\u017eeme si pomoci a vz\u00edt z\u00a0dob zna\u010den\u00ed doporu\u010den\u00e9ho denn\u00edho mno\u017estv\u00ed (GDA) referen\u010dn\u00ed hodnoty pro omega 3 mastn\u00e9 kyseliny 2,2 g a pro omega 6 mastn\u00e9 kyseliny 14 g. Ty jsou v\u00a0uveden\u00e9m intervalu doporu\u010den\u00fdch hodnot WHO\/FAO a s jedn\u00edm \u010d\u00edslem se l\u00e9pe pracuje.
