V\u00a0mnoha zem\u00edch se p\u011bstuje na v\u00fdrazn\u011b v\u011bt\u0161\u00edch ploch\u00e1ch a\u00a0lok\u00e1ln\u011b i\u00a0s\u00a0vy\u0161\u0161\u00edm zastoupen\u00edm v\u00a0osevn\u00edm postupu, ne\u017e tomu je v\u00a0\u010cesk\u00e9 republice. P\u0159esto, podle n\u00e1m dostupn\u00fdch informac\u00ed, v\u00a0o\u010d\u00edch ve\u0159ejnosti v\u00a0zahrani\u010d\u00ed v\u00fdrazn\u011b p\u0159evl\u00e1d\u00e1 jej\u00ed pozitivn\u00ed vn\u00edm\u00e1n\u00ed nad negativn\u00edm. Rozkv\u00e9taj\u00edc\u00ed \u017elut\u00e1 pole jsou pova\u017eov\u00e1na za symbol za\u010d\u00e1tku klimaticky p\u0159\u00edjemn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti roku, jsou voleny \u201eKr\u00e1lovny \u0159epkov\u00e9ho kv\u00edtku\u201c, cyklostezky vedouc\u00ed kolem \u010di p\u0159\u00edmo skrz \u0159epkov\u00e1 pole b\u00fdvaj\u00ed osazeny informa\u010dn\u00edmi tabulemi o\u00a0v\u00fdznamu t\u00e9to plodiny pro v\u010dely, v\u00fdrazn\u011b \u017elut\u00e1 barva je oce\u0148ov\u00e1na v\u00a0jinak \u010dasto f\u00e1dn\u00ed krajin\u011b, apod. V\u00a0na\u0161\u00ed vlasti se \u0159epka takov\u00e9 popularit\u011b net\u011b\u0161\u00ed. V\u00a0m\u00e9di\u00edch se naopak \u010dasto objevuj\u00ed informace o\u00a0\u201e\u017elut\u00e9m zlu\u201c, kter\u00e9 zvy\u0161uje erozi p\u016fdy a\u00a0vy\u010derp\u00e1v\u00e1 osevn\u00ed postupy, zab\u00edj\u00ed srn\u010d\u00ed zv\u011b\u0159, hub\u00ed v\u010dely a\u00a0tr\u00e1p\u00ed osoby alergick\u00e9 na pyl. \u0158epkov\u00fd olej b\u00fdv\u00e1 pova\u017eov\u00e1n za nep\u0159\u00edli\u0161 vhodn\u00fd pro lidskou v\u00fd\u017eivu s\u00a0t\u00edm, \u017ee se hod\u00ed sp\u00ed\u0161e do motor\u016f, kter\u00e9 ov\u0161em po\u0161kozuje. A\u00a0tak bychom mohli pokra\u010dovat d\u00e1le. Nen\u00ed smyslem t\u00e9to publikace nekriticky vychvalovat vlastnosti \u0159epky. Jej\u00ed p\u011bstov\u00e1n\u00ed m\u00e1 jist\u011b i\u00a0sporn\u00e9 str\u00e1nky, ostatn\u011b jako v\u011bt\u0161ina v\u011bc\u00ed okolo n\u00e1s. Objevily se nov\u00e9 mo\u017enosti, technologie a odr\u016fdy d\u0159\u00edve nedostupn\u00e9, a to umo\u017enilo rozvoj p\u011bstov\u00e1n\u00ed \u0159epky v \u010cR. Ji\u017e v roce 1999 jsme p\u011bstovali \u0159epku na plo\u0161e 350.000 ha. Teprve v posledn\u00ed dob\u011b se hovo\u0159\u00ed o vysok\u00e9 plo\u0161e, ale ta se v tomto tis\u00edcilet\u00ed (18 let) zv\u00fd\u0161ila pouze o\u00a0cca 14 %.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0Vzhledem k\u00a0vysok\u00e9 popt\u00e1vce po olejnin\u00e1ch a\u00a0dobr\u00fdm odbytov\u00fdm mo\u017enostem je \u0159epka vyhled\u00e1vanou komoditou a\u00a0zem\u011bd\u011blec, jako ka\u017ed\u00fd podnikatel d\u011bl\u00e1 to, co m\u00e1 dobrou cenu a\u00a0odbyt. Nav\u00edc \u0159epka, jako plodina zlep\u0161uj\u00edc\u00ed kvalitu p\u016fdy, zvy\u0161uje \u00farodnost p\u016fdy a\u00a0velmi dob\u0159e dopl\u0148uje obiln\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e9 osevn\u00ed postupy.<\/p>\n<p>Ozim\u00e1 \u0159epka je jednou z\u00a0m\u00e1la profitabiln\u00edch plodin sou\u010dasn\u00e9ho \u010desk\u00e9ho zem\u011bd\u011blstv\u00ed, nen\u00ed jednoduch\u00e9 tuto plodinu \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u011b p\u011bstovat, ale na rozd\u00edl od n\u011bkter\u00fdch novin\u00e1\u0159\u016f maj\u00ed p\u011bstitel\u00e9 tuto plodinu r\u00e1di, nebo\u0165 v\u011bd\u00ed, \u017ee je velmi u\u017eite\u010dn\u00e1 a\u00a0vzhledem k\u00a0vysok\u00e9 popt\u00e1vce i\u00a0ziskov\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>Pod\u00edl \u0159epky na orn\u00e9 p\u016fd\u011b v \u010cR dnes p\u0159edstavuje 16 % a nen\u00ed nijak mimo\u0159\u00e1dn\u011b vysok\u00fd. Plochy kuku\u0159ice se sice d\u00edky rozvoji bioplynov\u00fdch stanic p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 nezm\u011bnily, le\u010d kuku\u0159ice rozhodn\u011b osevn\u00edmu postupu ani \u00farodnosti p\u016fd p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 neprosp\u00edv\u00e1. Poklesly odbytov\u00e9 mo\u017enosti pro luskoviny, kles\u00e1 plocha brambor a dal\u0161\u00edch plodin. Mno\u017estv\u00ed a pestrost plodin se tak pro b\u011b\u017en\u00e9ho zem\u011bd\u011blce, kter\u00fd mus\u00ed udat svou produkci na trhu, radik\u00e1ln\u011b omezilo. Hlavn\u00ed plodinou z\u016fst\u00e1vaj\u00ed obiloviny, kter\u00e9 je ov\u0161em nutn\u00e9 v osevn\u00edm postupu st\u0159\u00eddat s jinou odli\u0161nou plodinou. Zde se nab\u00edz\u00ed pr\u00e1v\u011b \u0159epka, kter\u00e1 m\u00e1 dobr\u00e9 odbytov\u00e9 mo\u017enosti a nav\u00edc zlep\u0161uje dlouhodob\u011b \u00farodnost p\u016fd.<\/p>\n<p>Ob\u010das se m\u016f\u017eeme tak\u00e9 setkat s tvrzen\u00edm, \u017ee po \u0159epce z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 \u201emrtv\u00e1 p\u016fda\u201c. Skute\u010dnost je takov\u00e1, \u017ee v\u0161echny post\u0159iky ve v\u0161ech plodin\u00e1ch, ale i hnojen\u00ed, ovliv\u0148uj\u00ed skladbu mikrobi\u00e1ln\u00edho spole\u010denstva, kter\u00e9 pak funguje odli\u0161n\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem, proto\u017ee n\u011bkter\u00e9 jeho p\u0159irozen\u00e9 funkce jsou naru\u0161en\u00e9. Mrtv\u00e1 p\u016fda to ale zdaleka nen\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Naopak, \u0159epka m\u00e1 v\u00fdbornou p\u0159edplodinovou hodnotu srovnatelnou s luskovinami \u010di okopaninami a je v\u00edtanou slo\u017ekou osevn\u00edho postupu, proto\u017ee pat\u0159\u00ed mezi tzv. zlep\u0161uj\u00edc\u00ed plodiny. Nap\u0159. p\u0161enice p\u011bstovan\u00e1 po \u0159epce m\u00edv\u00e1 o cca 10 % vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdnosy, ne\u017e p\u0161enice p\u011bstovan\u00e1 po p\u0161enici. Hloubka proko\u0159en\u011bn\u00ed se pohybuje podle druhu p\u016fd atd. a\u017e do 175\u00a0cm (hloub\u011bji ko\u0159en\u00ed pouze vojt\u011b\u0161ka), p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e 85 % ko\u0159enov\u00e9 hmoty se nach\u00e1z\u00ed v\u00a0orni\u010dn\u00ed vrstv\u011b. Dlouh\u00e9 ko\u0159enov\u00e9 vl\u00e1\u0161en\u00ed umo\u017e\u0148uje dostate\u010dn\u00e9 proko\u0159en\u011bn\u00ed p\u016fdy, jsou takto v\u00e1z\u00e1ny \u017eiviny (hlavn\u011b dus\u00edk) a\u00a0je zabr\u00e1n\u011bno jejich ztr\u00e1t\u00e1m vyplavov\u00e1n\u00edm. Je schopna \u010d\u00e1st \u017eivin \u201evydolovat\u201c z\u00a0jinak nep\u0159\u00edstupn\u00fdch m\u00edst a\u00a0zp\u0159\u00edstupnit je pro n\u00e1sledn\u00e9 plodiny. \u0158epka vynik\u00e1 velmi dobrou osvojovac\u00ed schopnost\u00ed pro fosfor, kter\u00fd je t\u00edmto zp\u0159\u00edstupn\u011bn v\u00a0poskliz\u0148ov\u00fdch zbytc\u00edch ostatn\u00edm plodin\u00e1m.<\/p>\n<p>P\u016fdu obohacuje o velk\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed rostlinn\u00fdch zbytk\u016f (na 1 ha cca 5-7 t sl\u00e1my plus 1-4 t su\u0161iny ko\u0159enov\u00e9 hmoty v\u010detn\u011b strni\u0161t\u011b), nav\u00edc tato hmota je podstatn\u011b kvalitn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed vy\u0161\u0161\u00edm obsahem \u017eivin, zejm\u00e9na dus\u00edku, ne\u017e sl\u00e1ma obilovin. T\u00edmto zlep\u0161uje p\u016fdn\u00ed strukturu, co\u017e se n\u00e1sledn\u011b projev\u00ed i v lep\u0161\u00ed sorp\u010dn\u00ed kapacit\u011b pro de\u0161\u0165ovou vodu, a t\u00edm i v omezen\u00ed eroze.<\/p>\n<p>Proto\u017ee \u0159epka b\u00fdv\u00e1 na poli cca 11 m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f v roce, tedy nejd\u00e9le z tzv. jednolet\u00fdch plodin, toto v\u00fdrazn\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem omezuje v\u011btrnou a vodn\u00ed erozi. Kritick\u00e9 obdob\u00ed, co se t\u00fdk\u00e1 eroze, je z\u00fa\u017eeno pouze na m\u011bs\u00edce srpen a \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u011b z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed. Pro jej\u00ed zdrav\u00fd v\u00fdvoj je nezbytn\u00e1 pestrost potravy, co\u017e m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt probl\u00e9m zejm\u00e9na v\u00a0zim\u011b a\u00a0na ja\u0159e. Modern\u00ed odr\u016fdy \u0159epky jsou vy\u0161lecht\u011bny na sn\u00ed\u017een\u00fd, nikoliv v\u0161ak nulov\u00fd obsah ho\u0159k\u00fdch a\u00a0ne\u017e\u00e1douc\u00edch glukosinol\u00e1t\u016f. Jsou tedy sladk\u00e9 a\u00a0zv\u00ed\u0159at\u016fm chutnaj\u00ed. P\u0159i vysok\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edjmu \u0159epky je mno\u017estv\u00ed glukosinol\u00e1t\u016f, dusi\u010dnan\u016f a dusitan\u016f dostate\u010dn\u00e9 na to, aby negativn\u011b ovliv\u0148ovalo \u010dinnost \u0161t\u00edtn\u00e9 \u017el\u00e1zy a jin\u00fdch org\u00e1n\u016f. \u0158epka obsahuje v\u00a0su\u0161in\u011b mnoho snadno straviteln\u00fdch \u017eivin, je v\u00a0n\u00ed v\u0161ak velmi m\u00e1lo vl\u00e1kniny. To vede k\u00a0omezen\u00ed \u010dinnosti bachoru a\u00a0k\u00a0pr\u016fjm\u016fm.<\/p>\n<p>Proto velmi d\u016fle\u017eitou roli hraje spr\u00e1vn\u011b prov\u00e1d\u011bn\u00e9 zimn\u00ed krmen\u00ed. Proto v honitb\u00e1ch s dobrou \u00farovn\u00ed mysliveck\u00e9 p\u00e9\u010de ani roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00e9 p\u011bstov\u00e1n\u00ed \u0159epky nep\u0159edstavuje takov\u00fd z\u00e1va\u017en\u00fd probl\u00e9m.<\/p>\n<p>P\u016fvodn\u00ed obavy z negativn\u00edho vlivu rozs\u00e1hl\u00e9ho p\u011bstov\u00e1n\u00ed \u0159epky na srn\u010d\u00ed populaci se nenaplnily. N\u00e1r\u016fst osevn\u00edch ploch \u0159epky nem\u011bl za n\u00e1sledek \u00fabytek srn\u010d\u00ed zv\u011b\u0159e. Proto\u017ee v\u0161ak nemaj\u00ed tak v\u00fdrazn\u00e9 kv\u011btenstv\u00ed, mnoho lid\u00ed ani nenapadne d\u00e1vat si do souvislosti jejich kveten\u00ed se sv\u00fdmi p\u0159\u00edpadn\u00fdmi alergick\u00fdmi pot\u00ed\u017eemi.<\/p>\n<p>\u0158epkov\u00fd pyl se ne\u0161\u00ed\u0159\u00ed na velk\u00e9 vzd\u00e1lenosti, nebo\u0165 pylov\u00e1 zrna \u0159epky jsou pom\u011brn\u011b t\u011b\u017ek\u00e1 a\u00a0hrudkuj\u00ed se. K\u00a0bli\u017e\u0161\u00edmu kontaktu citliv\u00fdch jedinc\u016f s\u00a0pylem tak doch\u00e1z\u00ed jen v\u00a0t\u011bsn\u00e9 bl\u00edzkosti pol\u00ed. Vliv \u0159epkov\u00e9ho pylu jako\u017eto alergenu byl sledov\u00e1n v\u00a0mnoha studi\u00edch a\u00a0sah\u00e1 ji\u017e des\u00edtky let do historie. Nap\u0159\u00edklad byly dlouhodob\u011b sledov\u00e1ny reakce jedinc\u016f z\u00a0cel\u00e9 vesnice, kdy byla pravideln\u011b v\u00a0okol\u00ed vys\u00e9van\u00e1 \u0159epka. Zhor\u0161en\u00e9 projevy (ka\u0161el, k\u00fdch\u00e1n\u00ed, bolesti hlavy) byly sp\u00ed\u0161e pozorov\u00e1ny u\u00a0ji\u017e alergick\u00fdch jedinc\u016f na jin\u00fd alergen \u010di u\u00a0jedinc\u016f maj\u00edc\u00edch ji\u017e jin\u00e9 bronchi\u00e1ln\u00ed probl\u00e9my (nap\u0159. ku\u0159\u00e1ci apod.). U\u00a0zdrav\u00fdch jedinc\u016f byly zhor\u0161en\u00e9 bronchi\u00e1ln\u00ed projevy sp\u00ed\u0161e v\u00fdjime\u010dn\u00e9. V\u00a0dal\u0161\u00edch studi\u00edch se uv\u00e1d\u00ed, \u017ee osob specificky alergick\u00fdch na \u0159epkov\u00fdch pyl je cca 0,2 %. V\u011bt\u0161ina alergik\u016f maj\u00ed tzv. zk\u0159\u00ed\u017eenou reaktivitu \u2013 kombinace r\u016fzn\u00fdch pylov\u00fdch alergen\u016f. \u0158epka je tedy m\u00edrn\u00fdm alergenem. Cenu ovliv\u0148uje i\u00a0aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed nab\u00eddka a\u00a0popt\u00e1vka na trhu. Oleje lisovan\u00e9 za studena se obvykle nerafinuj\u00ed. Pokud jsou dodr\u017eov\u00e1ny z\u00e1sady spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 v\u00fdrobn\u00ed praxe, je jejich obsah ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e 1 %. To je zhruba 3x m\u00e9n\u011b, ne\u017e je jejich obsah v\u00a0ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00e9m tuku, kdy k\u00a0hydrogenaci mastn\u00fdch kyselin v\u00a0bachoru p\u0159e\u017ev\u00fdkavc\u016f skute\u010dn\u011b doch\u00e1z\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Transmastn\u00e9 kyseliny ve strav\u011b nejsou z\u00a0hlediska vlivu na zdrav\u00ed \u017e\u00e1douc\u00ed, a\u0165 u\u017e poch\u00e1z\u00ed z\u00a0jak\u00e9hokoliv zdroje, jak vypl\u00fdv\u00e1 z\u00a0metaanal\u00fdzy Sv\u011btov\u00e9 zdravotnick\u00e9 organizace WHO z\u00a0roku 2016. Negativn\u00ed vliv na zdrav\u00ed souvis\u00ed s\u00a0jejich obsahem v\u00a0potravin\u00e1ch a\u00a0konzumovan\u00e9m mno\u017estv\u00ed. Obsah transmastn\u00fdch kyselin v\u00a0oleji pod 1 % je nutri\u010dn\u011b nev\u00fdznamn\u00fd.<\/p>\n<p>Evropsk\u00e1 komise stanovila v dubnu 2019 v r\u00e1mci Unie limit, podle kter\u00e9ho nesm\u00ed obsah transmastn\u00fdch kyselin jin\u00fdch ne\u017e p\u0159irozen\u011b se vyskytuj\u00edc\u00edch v tuc\u00edch \u017eivo\u010di\u0161n\u00e9ho p\u016fvodu p\u0159ekro\u010dit v potravin\u00e1ch ur\u010den\u00fdch pro kone\u010dn\u00e9ho spot\u0159ebitele a pro maloobchod hodnotu 2 g na 100 g tuku. Potraviny s obsahem transmastn\u00fdch kyselin vy\u0161\u0161\u00edm bude mo\u017eno uv\u00e1d\u011bt na trh pouze do 1. dubna 2021. Mal\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed oleje (max. 4 %) ve vodn\u00ed emulzi obal\u00ed drobn\u00fd organizmus, kter\u00fd je znehybn\u011bn a\u00a0v\u00a0d\u016fsledku ucp\u00e1n\u00ed d\u00fdchac\u00edch otvor\u016f udu\u0161en. Velkou v\u00fdhodou je, \u017ee takto pou\u017eit\u00fd olej p\u016fsob\u00ed selektivn\u011b pouze na drobn\u00e9 \u0161k\u016fdce a\u00a0v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed nec\u00edlov\u00e9 organizmy (nap\u0159. opylova\u010de) ji\u017e nehub\u00ed. Na listech vytvo\u0159en\u00e1 vrstvi\u010dka oleje m\u00e1 pro \u017eivo\u010di\u0161n\u00e9 \u0161k\u016fdce repelentn\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinek a\u00a0omezuje t\u00e9\u017e rozvoj houbov\u00fdch chorob, proto\u017ee k\u00a0listu nepust\u00ed vlhkost.<\/p>\n<p>V n\u011bkter\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edpravc\u00edch funguj\u00edc\u00edch na chemick\u00e9 b\u00e1zi m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt \u0159epkov\u00fd olej pou\u017eit jako nosi\u010d, ve kter\u00e9m je pesticidn\u00ed aktivn\u00ed l\u00e1tka rozpu\u0161t\u011bna. Za norm\u00e1ln\u00edch okolnost\u00ed panuje rovnov\u00e1ha mezi p\u016fsoben\u00edm voln\u00fdch radik\u00e1l\u016f a antioxidant\u016f jako vitamin C, vitamin E,<b><span>selen nebo <\/span><\/b><b><span>z<\/span><\/b>inek. Proto je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 tyto l\u00e1tky konzumovat v dostate\u010dn\u00e9m mno\u017estv\u00ed v r\u00e1mci pestr\u00e9 a vyv\u00e1\u017een\u00e9 stravy. Vitamin E je p\u0159\u00edmo zastoupen v rostlinn\u00fdch olej\u00edch, v\u010detn\u011b \u0159epkov\u00e9ho. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 je pot\u0159eba se vyvarovat i vliv\u016fm, kter\u00e9 podn\u011bcuj\u00ed oxidativn\u00ed stres, nap\u0159. t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9 kovy nebo i kou\u0159en\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Omega 3 mastn\u00e9 kyseliny jsou esenci\u00e1ln\u00ed. To znamen\u00e1, \u017ee si je organismus neum\u00ed vytv\u00e1\u0159et a mus\u00edme je p\u0159ij\u00edmat v\u00a0r\u00e1mci stravy. Podle posledn\u00edch doporu\u010den\u00ed Sv\u011btov\u00e9 zdravotnick\u00e9 organizace je doporu\u010den\u00fd p\u0159\u00edjem pro omega 3 mastn\u00e9 kyseliny 1-4 g denn\u011b. Sou\u010dasn\u00fd p\u0159\u00edjem omega 3 mastn\u00fdch kyselin v \u010cesk\u00e9 republice se pohybuje v\u00a0doln\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti tohoto intervalu a je \u017e\u00e1douc\u00ed jej proto zv\u00fd\u0161it. <span>\u00a0<\/span>\u0158epkov\u00fd olej pat\u0159\u00ed mezi b\u011b\u017en\u011b pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00e9 potraviny, kter\u00e9 lze pova\u017eovat za jejich velmi dobr\u00fd zdroj. Existuj\u00ed studie dokumentuj\u00edc\u00ed negativn\u00ed dopady vysok\u00e9 konzumace omega 6 mastn\u00fdch kyselin prov\u00e1d\u011bn\u00e9 na hlodavc\u00edch p\u0159ekrmovan\u00fdch tukem s v\u00fdhradn\u00edm zastoupen\u00edm omega 6 mastn\u00fdch kyselin. Podobn\u00e9 v\u00fdsledky ukazuj\u00ed i testy <em>in vitro <\/em>na tk\u00e1\u0148ov\u00fdch kultur\u00e1ch. U lid\u00ed podobn\u00e9 studie chyb\u00ed, naopak jsou k dispozici studie, kter\u00e9 tyto teorie p\u0159i b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 konzumaci omega 6 mastn\u00fdch kyselin vyvracej\u00ed.* Podle posledn\u00edch doporu\u010den\u00ed Sv\u011btov\u00e9 zdravotnick\u00e9 organizace je doporu\u010den\u00fd p\u0159\u00edjem pro omega 6 mastn\u00e9 kyseliny 5-18 g denn\u011b. Sou\u010dasn\u00fd p\u0159\u00edjem omega 6 mastn\u00fdch kyselin v \u010cesk\u00e9 republice t\u011bmto doporu\u010den\u00edm odpov\u00edd\u00e1. C\u00edlem je spot\u0159ebu omega 6 mastn\u00fdch kyselin nikoliv omezovat, ale udr\u017eet. Extrakce umo\u017e\u0148uje zv\u00fd\u0161it v\u00fdt\u011b\u017enost olej\u016f ze semen nebo plod\u016f (nap\u0159. oliv). Ve extrahovan\u00fdch \u0161rotech je ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed zbytkov\u00fd pod\u00edl oleje ne\u017e ve v\u00fdlisc\u00edch (zbytc\u00edch po lisov\u00e1n\u00ed). To zlep\u0161uje ekonomiku procesu v\u00fdroby olej\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0Extrak\u010dn\u00ed rozpou\u0161t\u011bdla se pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed v \u0159ad\u011b potravin\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fdch v\u00fdrob a jejich pou\u017eit\u00ed upravuje sm\u011brnice Evropsk\u00e9ho parlamentu a Rady 2009\/32. V\u0161echna rozpou\u0161t\u011bdla podle sm\u011brnice Evropsk\u00e9ho parlamentu a Rady 2009\/32 mus\u00ed spl\u0148ovat kriteria \u010distoty a nesm\u011bj\u00ed obsahovat toxikologicky nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9ho prvku ani l\u00e1tky (\u010dl\u00e1nek 3, p\u00edsmeno a). Podle t\u00e9to sm\u011brnice jsou definov\u00e1ny zbytkov\u00e9 limity maxim\u00e1ln\u00edch mno\u017estv\u00ed rozpou\u0161t\u011bdel v potravin\u00e1ch, pro hexan je to 1 mg\/kg. Vedle toho plat\u00ed i b\u011b\u017en\u00fd obecn\u00fd princip pro v\u0161echny cizorod\u00e9 l\u00e1tky, \u017ee podlimitn\u00ed mno\u017estv\u00ed dan\u00e1 legislativou jsou pova\u017eov\u00e1na za bezpe\u010dn\u00e1. Hexan je t\u011bkav\u00fd a po extrakci je z oleje odstran\u011bn.
